Top 11 healthy store cupboard must have food..

I love cooking that's why kalau cupboard Hanna kurang bekalan Hanna akan list down barang yg perlu ade ni.. 

1. Frozen Chinese style vege.. Utk speedy tumis2 cooking

2. Chicken fillet bole grill or roasted n mixed wt salad or baked potatoes yummy..!!

3. Telur..!!! Harus ade for quick scramble , dadar (omelette ) or mata kerbau.. Boleh makan wt roti or rice..

4. Curry paste, tomyam paste ni pun utk quicky vege or ayam or daging maupun seafood..

5. Chips for oven yg tebal2 yer u ollss..!! Kurang fat gitu..

6. CHEESE..!! Pelbagai jenis cheese.. Parmesan cheddar n etc.. Slice or grated.. Sumber calcium..

7. Sardine tin.. Bole makan wt nasi ataupun roti.. Roti , timun sardine dh cukup complete set mkn petang.. Nyum nyum..

8. Mix veggies .. For pasta, nasi, masak kicap, masak merah.. Perfect anak pun suke..!!

9. Buah tin.. Penting yer for dessert or buat last minute truffle.. Hehehee.. 

10. Bake beans or beans dlm tin.. Bole jd breakfast or mix wt salad.. 

11. Susu kotak pelbagai flavour tp low fat kene banyak.. Utk family n masakan

Cukup.. Cukup penting sume ni.. Kalo takde rasa kurang sgt dapur tu.. Bukan utk Hanna sorang jer tp untuk family Hanna...
